High Power Relays, Series 26

KISSLING is a supplier of power relays with competence and know-how over decades of years.

The basis of all KISSLING relay activities is to build environmentally sealed relays with protection standards IP67 and IP6K9K (steam pressure cleaning) iaw IEC 60529 and DIN 40050-9.

Series 26 power relays in the range from 50 Ð 1000 Amps are designed to meet the highest requirements in Military and Aircraft applications and severe demands within commercial and construction vehicles.

High shock and vibration capabilities coupled with high contact pressure and low contact voltage drop are achieved using predominantly a carefully designed dual coil system and an optimised magnetic circuit.

The requirement for low heat generation in the contact area is achieved by having a low contact voltage drop.

Other important advantages are the compact design, low holding current, contact material of silver alloy and use of mechanical and high thermal stability insulating compounds.

The terminals and housing are protected against corrosion.

The Series 26 includes power relays in nominal amperage of 50 Amp, 100 Amp, 200 Amp, 300 Amp, 350 / 500 Amp and 1000 Amp. A light weight version of the 300 Amp relay is available for Aerospace applications.

Most types can be offered in nominal voltages 12 or 24 V.

Different mounting and bracket styles permit solutions for various installation conditions.

Power relays in the ranges of 100 Amp, 200 Amp, 300 Amp and 500 Amp can be fitted with Electronic Current Sensing.
